This allows you to jump right after you use combo step thus making a Flash Jump. You can also use this skill even when you have 0 mp left with the edits i made..

This is how i use it. I set reg jump to "spacebar" and combostep to "alt". You want to push the buttons almost at the exact same time but make sure you push "alt" first no matter what or you just jump (it make take a little time to get used to).
